Paneer / Toffu - 100gm
Fresh Coriander - 1/4 cup
Boiled Potatoes - 2 medium size 
Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Poha / Flattened rice - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chaat Masala - to taste 
Red Crushed Chilli - 1/2 tbsp
