Preparing time - 30 to 45 minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Potatoes (boiled ) - 5 medium size 
  • Tomatoes - 1 big size or 2 small size 
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Green Chilli - 2 - 3 
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi  - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Dry Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Bay leave - 1 - 2 
  • Curd - 1 cup 250 gm
  • Onion - a small piece (for curd)
  • Tomato - 1 small  (for curd)
  • Cucumber - a small Piece  (for curd)
  • Fresh Coriander - 
  • Oil - to make sabji and frying puri
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
