Today Making Moong Dal Chilla and Moong Dal Dosa. Moong Dal is also known as split petite yellow lentils. It is a good source of protein and dietary fiber. It is low in fat and rich in B complex vitamins, calcium, and potassium. It is free from heaviness.
Making Time:- 10 to 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Yellow Moong Dal - 1 cup(250 gm)
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Capsicum - 1 medium size
- Tomato- 1 medium size
- Paneer / Hard Toffu - 150 gm
- Salt - according to taste
- Black paper - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli flicks - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Fresh Coriander
