Moong Dal Chilla and Moong Dal Dosa | Grover's Kitchen

Today Making Moong Dal Chilla and Moong Dal Dosa. Moong Dal is also known as split petite yellow lentils. It is a good source of protein and dietary fiber. It is low in fat and rich in B complex vitamins, calcium, and potassium. It is free from heaviness. 

Making Time:- 10 to 15 minutes  

Ingredients:

  • Yellow Moong Dal - 1 cup(250 gm) 
  •  Onion - 1 medium size 
  •  Capsicum - 1 medium size 
  •  Tomato- 1 medium size 
  •  Paneer / Hard Toffu - 150 gm  
  • Salt - according to taste 
  •  Black paper - 1 tsp  
  • Red Chilli flicks - 1/2 tsp 
  •  Chaat Masala - 2 tsp  
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp  
  • Green Chilli – 2 
  •  Ginger - 1 inch piece 
  •  Fresh Coriander
